From one
brand to
a house.
In 2014, Monika and Jacek Szyndler founded NAOKO — a womenswear brand built together with its community, collection by collection. A decade later, that one brand has grown into a family of companies with a shared conviction: the businesses of tomorrow will be built by people and intelligent machines working side by side.
NAOKO is born
Monika and Jacek launch NAOKO — a Polish fashion brand designed with its customers, not just for them.
A community becomes a company
#naokogirls grows into one of Poland’s most engaged fashion communities. NAOKO scales into a leading direct-to-consumer brand reaching customers across Europe.
The AI-native turn
NAOKO premieres NAOKO.AI — among the world’s first collections co-created by customers and artificial intelligence: ~50,000 women, 700,000 answers, turned by AI into moodboards, prints and cuts, finished by human designers. Forbes, Vogue, Elle and the industry press cover the story. The family never looks back.
Many Minds takes shape
Agents move from design into content, analytics and daily operations — the family’s AI operating system becomes a company of its own.
House of Tomorrow
The Szyndler Family Foundation is established: one house for the family’s companies, capital and values — built to outlast its founders.
